What to include
A clear subject, the page URL if something is broken, your browser/OS if it is a tool bug, and whether the message is about privacy, ads, or affiliates helps us respond faster.
Reporting a result that looks wrong
This is the most useful message we get. Tell us which tool, what it showed, what you expected, and your browser and operating system. If the gap is against a specialised tool — the game's own ping display, your provider's speed test — say which one: the methodology page lists several cases where a difference is expected rather than a bug.
Privacy and data requests
Put "privacy" in the subject. What we hold is narrow: server access logs (IP, user-agent, URL, timestamp) and, if you clicked an affiliate link, a minimal click event.
